REBA’s annual Innovation Day is a strategic conference, now in its 5th year. for progressive senior reward and benefits professionals. This year the programme has evolved to cover topics that our Professional Members say are at the forefront of their current and future agendas. It will address innovative HR strategies, creative leadership, digital transformation and developing inventive, inclusive benefits programmes that reflect the changing demands of today’s workers. We will explore answers to key questions:
